RETURNS POLICY
*PLEASE READ*: Unless purchasing a stock item, most pieces are made to order and are non-refundable, this will be made clear at the time of purchase. However in some instances exchanges can be applied. If purchasing a stocked item you can return it for an exchange, due to the nature of the work refunds are not accepted.
If an item is redirected back to us after it has been initially sent, the buyer will have to cover the cost of the second shipping service. If we are for any reason unable to contact the buyer once an item has returned back to us, the buyer is given a 30 day period to arrange a re-delivery, if contact has not been made within this time then the piece is forfeit from the buyer and it will be returned to stock to be resold.
